At the age of 48, following a rugby injury, I was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic neuroendocrine cancer that had metastasized to my liver. For months, my life was dictated by doctors and modern medicine while I waited to hear what would happen next. This feeling of powerlessness did not sit right with me. I wanted some semblance of control, so I started researching what I could do to help myself, which quickly led me down the path of holistic medicine. Each step ignited my curiosity and passion to learn more about cleaning up all aspects of my life, from what I put in and on my body to what I surrounded myself with.

I was shocked to discover how many everyday products are toxic and carcinogenic, negatively impacting our bodies often without us even being aware. Having worked in the commercial cleaning business surrounded by these chemicals all my life, my diagnosis made our toxic environment much more obvious. Although some things can’t be changed, it is my hope that with my newfound knowledge, I can help reduce the number of harmful products we use and implement safer, cleaner alternatives that can have a much more positive impact on our lives.

This venture, born from a heart-breaking and terrifying situation, has provided us with eye-opening knowledge about the dangers of endocrine disruptors and other harmful chemicals. We are now dedicated to improving health and well-being by supplying clean supplements and natural personal care products.
