If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days for a refund.

For change-of-mind returns, the product must be unopened, in new condition, and returned within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund.

Proof of Purchase

To process a refund, proof of purchase is required. If you provided your details at checkout, we should have a record of your transaction. Otherwise, a physical receipt will be necessary.

Please include your proof of purchase and a brief explanation of your reason for returning the product with your return package.

Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

All returns must be in their original packaging. If the packaging is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

Important Information

You must notify us via email of any issues within 14 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after 35 days.
